Sit down in your client project group and define the roles that need to be taken in order for your group to complete the project.

Decide on a Project Lead for each section of the project and the resposibilities that they will have.

Post the Roles and Responsibilities under the Project Management section of your IMM portal.

Some roles will be major some will be minor, think how to define each role and distribute the workload of the client project equally within the group.
