  • Always present to the client a full baked or thoughout idea.
  • Offer your client one or two alternatives.
  • Do Not allow your client to play "deli counter" with ideas and designs.
  • Mixing and matching does not always work in the end.
  • Always leave yourself "an out".
  • Always get sign off on decision made by the client.
  • Remember UPOD - under promise, over deliver.
