    Small changes can lead to other small changes, which can create other small changes. Cumulatively, these changes can redefine the project.

    Scope creep can impact and change the timelines and budgets of projects.

    Scope creep is the change or growth of project scope.

    Changes to scope are to be noted and these become extra billables.
